Adam Rothberg, MA/MBA - Principal Consultant, Managing Partner

As principal consultant, Adam helps grow organizational leaders and teams to meet their full potential, pulling from a wealth of experience throughout his years developing successful businesses operationally. His unique vision has been indispensable as a co-founder in helping establish a coaching approach that delivers tangible results.

Adam holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, focusing on Entrepreneurship and Corporate Finance, and an MA in German Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder, where he studied psycho-historical analysis through Nietzsche and Jung. A fluent German speaker, Adam spent five years working in the European Union and brings a global perspective to his practice.

An endurance athlete and outdoor enthusiast, Adam resides in Boulder, CO, where he combines his professional commitment to growth with a passion for ultra-trail running and cycling.

Flint Seaton, MBA - Principal Consultant, Managing Partner


As principal consultant, Flint enhances organizational and financial capacity, readiness, and scalability in financial teams. As a co-founder, Flint leverages his experience as a finance leader to help teams align for success. Flint brings over 40 years of experience in growth-oriented technology companies, having worked as a financial leader in positions including CFO and cofounder at HighJump Software and TrueCommerce, Inc. His experience in all facets of CFO responsibilities and perpetual focus on the fundamental elements that enable CFOs to make informed decisions has shaped our approach to mentoring and developing finance team members to reach their ultimate potential.

David Giber, PhD - Strategic Advisor, Sr. Consultant

As strategic advisor and senior consultant, David drives thought leadership and applies his expertise as a coach to help align financial teams with the needs of their organization.

David has coached CEOs and senior executives from startups to major global corporations and is skilled in a wide range of assessments, including 360-degree feedback and the Hogan suite. He specializes in leadership development, team effectiveness, succession planning, and managing organizational change, blending technical business acumen with personal leadership growth.

A recognized expert, David has held director-level roles in human resource management and leadership development in high-tech, financial services, and travel industries. He is the editor of leading publications, including The Leadership Development Handbook (1st and 2nd editions) and Best Practices in Organization and Human Resources Handbook.

Charley Morrow, Ph.D - Principal Consultant

Charley Morrow is an expert in human capital assessment and development. With more than 25 years in practice, his experience builds upon his graduate training in psychology, specializing in the economic value of human capital. Discerning and creative, Charley uses organizational metrics, competency measurement and personality assessment tools, to foster awareness, learning agility, action and change. Silke Janz has over 20 years of experience in leadership development and coaching. Silke brings a unique combination of experiences, including deep leadership development expertise, emotional intelligence, and cross-cultural experience.
